Save Login Page as a Browser Favorite. - (3 min)
With the NetDocuments service being housed in world-class data centers, monitored and managed 365X24X7 by a combined staff
of 700 full-time IT experts, and equipped in a fully redundant security infrastructure, we recommend you save a favorite in
your browser directly to your NetDocuments Home Page for high availability. If you are on the road and cannot access that
favorite link or cannot recall the web address to our login page, then simply go to our company web site at
www.netdocuments.com to login, recognizing it doesn't have the same
reliability standards as the service. View User Report (3 min) Interested in knowing who and when your users logged in to your repository? Go to Repository Administration>Define Members and select the View User Report link. Define Display Format (5 min) Wish to change the columns displayed in folders, the recent docs view or search results? Go to any of these page views, e.g. Recent Docs, select Define Display Format option. Here you can define what columns to display and in what order. Give it a try ...
