Prior to NetDocuments, Dayton held senior finance roles at Agility Solutions, Coleman Company, Four Winds Interactive, and Vendavo, where he was instrumental in achieving record growth through both organic expansion and strategic acquisitions. His deep knowledge of the tech industry and experience in navigating complex financial landscapes are invaluable to NetDocuments’ mission of delivering secure, efficient, and compliant solutions to its clients.
