With a customer-first approach, Brandon focuses on delivering exceptional service, fostering long-term partnerships, and ensuring that organizations not only adopt NetDocuments but truly benefit from it. Prior to joining NetDocuments, Brandon held leadership positions at Ivanti, inContact, and Clearlink where he played pivotal roles in scaling customer success operations and optimizing client engagement strategies. His deep expertise in legal technology and SaaS platforms enables him to deliver best-in-class customer experiences while aligning NetDocuments’ solutions with evolving industry needs.  

Brandon holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Business Management from the University of Utah and an MBA in Business from the University of Phoenix. His education, combined with hands-on experience in the legal tech sector, has equipped him with the expertise to help law firms and legal teams navigate digital transformation with confidence.
