Claudia’s career spans a range of human resources disciplines, from talent acquisition and employee engagement to organizational development. Before joining NetDocuments, she held Human Resource roles at eBay, Ivanti, Womply, and Chief, where she helped drive cultural transformations and establish policies that foster productivity and innovation. 

Claudia holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology from Westminster College and a Master of Arts and Education (MAEd) from the University of Phoenix.
