With a background in both law and technology, Dan brings a unique perspective to his role, shaping NetDocuments’ product strategy to meet the evolving needs of legal professionals worldwide. His expertise is central to NetDocuments’ mission to deliver a secure, intelligent, and user-friendly platform that transforms document and email management for law firms, corporate legal departments, and government organizations. 

Dan joined NetDocuments with a focus on expanding the company’s suite of solutions to leverage cutting-edge technologies like artificial intelligence, machine learning, and automation. Under his guidance, NetDocuments has introduced powerful tools, such as the ndMAX Legal AI Assistant, which enhances productivity, streamlines workflows, and enables legal teams to gain deep insights from their data. Dan’s customer-centric approach ensures that every innovation is designed with end-user needs at its core, providing impactful, practical solutions that drive real value. 

Prior to NetDocuments, Dan was CEO of ThreadKM, a legal collaboration software company acquired by NetDocuments in 2017. His experience as both a founder and technology leader informs his approach to fostering cross-functional collaboration and empowering teams to deliver exceptional products. 

Dan holds a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, and Bachelor of Administration (BA) degree in Political Science from Emory University. His deep understanding of legal workflows and passion for product innovation continue to drive NetDocuments’ growth as a leader in legal technology.
