Josh became CEO in 2018, where he honed his expertise in aligning the company’s vision with the evolving needs of the legal technology landscape. Under his leadership, NetDocuments has expanded its platform capabilities to integrate cutting-edge artificial intelligence and machine learning tools, transforming document management and enhancing knowledge management workflows across the legal sector. 

A proponent of customer-centered innovation, Josh places a strong emphasis on cultivating a collaborative company culture that prioritizes customer needs. This approach has led to NetDocuments’ expansion globally and its recognition as a highly trusted, resilient solution for legal professionals. Before NetDocuments, Josh held leadership positions at Ivanti, LANDesk Software, and Novell.
