London, 24 September 2024 – NetDocuments, the #1 trusted cloud platform for law firms, corporate legal teams and business organisations, today announced that Danish law firm IUNO has chosen NetDocuments’ ndMAX to power its AI and document automation strategy. By implementing NetDocuments’ platform with natively integrated AI, IUNO will be able to automate routine and custom workflows at scale. This strategic move is set to elevate IUNO’s legal workflow efficiency, lawyer experience, and overall client service. The implementation will be led by certified NetDocuments Diamond partner, Element Technologies LLC.

Founded in 2011, IUNO is a leading law firm specialising in an extensive range of legal services including litigation, risk management, technology and aviation. As part of a major AI transformation project, IUNO was looking to implement a proven and future-proof document management platform to enhance workflows and help automate aviation claims processing.

Following an extensive market evaluation, IUNO decided to move away from its existing cloud platform to NetDocuments. The NetDocuments platform, with its native AI capabilities, empowers law firms to seamlessly integrate AI into their workflows, providing the flexibility to apply AI where they need it while maintaining the governance and access controls that only a modern cloud platform like NetDocuments can offer. Building on NetDocuments’ native, no code/low code assembly and workflow capabilities, ndMAX provides lawfirms with the ability to leverage generative AI immediately, automating everyday legal activities while integrating their own documents and standards into workflows.

“NetDocuments has provided a solution that makes automating many of our manual processes quick and easy. Rather than relying on various smaller solutions, this all-in-one package integrates AI with our document management system, enabling us to rapidly access and utilise the information we already have, significantly enhancing efficiency,” said Aage Krogh, Partner at IUNO. “As a firm, we constantly strive for innovation because today’s solutions cannot solve tomorrow’s problems. IUNO is digital to the core and uses the latest technology to create value for our clients. Integrating AI is central to our strategy, and with NetDocuments this is done without compromising safety or security.

IUNO is the latest in a growing number of leading Danish law firms to adopt NetDocuments, which now includes three of the top ten firms in the region.

“We’re excited to support IUNO’s AI and automation strategy as it looks to take its client service to the next level,” said Kerri Dearing, VP of International Business at NetDocuments. “With native AI and automation capabilities sitting at the heart of our platform, NetDocuments is driving smarter experiences for law firms of all sizes.  From helping to draft contracts, through to summarizing documents, ndMAX ensures that lawyers can deliver their best work.”
